Looking at gravity wave data

Synopsis:

My work centers on machine learning-based gravity wave parameterizations, with an eye towards lateral propagation. While I wait for more data, I'm analyzing the raw model data that is available to me to assess the trustworthiness of the method used to extract gravity wave drag from raw model output, and the usefulness of that data.
