Introduction and tutorial for using Dedalus

Synopsis:

We've invited Daniel to demonstrate and provide a live tutorial on the use of Dedalus to quickly construct and run numerical simulations of a very wide range of fluid (and other) problems.  Bring your laptops!  More preparatory notes will be sent the week before the session.
